Do I need apostille on all documents?

Yes, all documents from other countries must be apostilled:

• Apostille is placed in the country of document issuance
• After apostille, document is translated into Spanish
• Translation must be certified by sworn translator
• We help with apostilling and translations

How long are documents valid?

Validity periods vary by document types:

• Criminal record certificate: 3 months from issue date
• Medical certificate: 3 months
• Education documents: no limitations
• Birth/marriage certificates: no limitations

We monitor validity periods and remind about renewal necessity.

Can I submit incomplete documents?

Not recommended, but possible in some cases:

• Incomplete package may lead to rejection
• Authorities may request missing documents
• We recommend submitting complete package immediately

In exceptional cases, we'll help with phased document submission.

How much do your services cost?

Services package cost:

• Main applicant: 3500 €
• First family member: 1500 €
• Each additional: 500 €

All additional expenses are agreed upon in advance.

When does payment occur?

Payment scheme:

• 50% - upon contract signing
• 50% - upon receiving positive decision

If application is rejected due to our fault, we refund full cost.
